Dead Land Survival tasks give structure to exploration. Follow the task chain when you are unsure whether to gather resources, scout a location, upgrade shelter, or push into a harder zone.

Finish low risk Nightstone tasks before entering the Quarantine Zone. Save Military Base objectives until you have better weapons, crafted healing, and enough storage space to carry rewards home.
